The Voice of a Clean Conscience #1699
The Voice of a Clean Conscience
In the bedrock of my soul,
The Gospel's truth takes hold,
Its foundation and substance,
In matters of weight and importance.
I tremble each time I stand,
To share His word across the land,
With neighbors in the bustling streets,
Where God's voice in conscience meets.
From the depths, His mercy flows,
Grace in abundance, He bestows,
In trembling hearts, His voice is clear,
Offering hope, dispelling fear.
Demonic signs may try to sway,
But grace and mercy pave the way,
The voice of a clean conscience speaks,
In whispers strong, yet gently meek.
With trembling honor, I proclaim,
The Gospel's power, in Jesus' name,
For in His truth, my heart does rest,
In every trial, I'm truly blessed.
