The Gospel's Call The gospel isn't an ad, it doesn't seek to be A headline in the media, a fleeting victory. It stands as steadfast practice, in faith and in strife, A beacon of hope, the path to eternal life. God's will on earth, His kingdom's sacred aim, Through faith and tireless effort, we honor His name. In heaven as on earth, the gospel must reside, Lifeless it remains, if faith does not guide. The gospel is Good News, not mere good advice, A call to believe, to live out Christ's sacrifice. Not man's quest for God, but God seeking man, An action of an announcement, in Christ, the plan.
