Grace and Mercy We yield our spirits into grace and mercy, Where God's love descends to the unlovely, No signs shall we see but the cross's mark, Grace and mercy in Christ, a light in the dark. Grace, not an excuse to linger in sin, But the power to break the chains within, God's grace runs deeper than our deepest woes, It's the food and work our Savior knows. "My food," said Jesus, "is to do His will, The One who sent Me, His purpose to fulfill," So repent and turn back, hearts to renew, Grace and mercy await, steadfast and true. -Steven G.
