Echoes of Isaiah's Cry #2007
Echoes of Isaiah's Cry
Hypocrites! Do you hear Isaiah's cry,
Voices masked in false piety,
Lips adorned with holy words,
Yet hearts adrift, far from sanctity.
This people honors Me with their lips,
But their hearts wander in vain.
In shadows of deceit, they walk,
A hollow worship, a faith profane.
In vain do they bow, do they sing,
Their worship a mere façade.
Teaching precepts made by men,
They shun the true voice of God.
Hypocrites! The prophet spoke,
Echoes from the ancient scrolls.
Return your hearts, let truth invoke,
A genuine faith that heals and consoles.
Cast aside the masks you wear,
Embrace the light, the sacred call.
For in true worship, find repair,
In heartfelt praise, let idols fall.
Honor Me not just with lips,
But with hearts that truly seek.
In love and truth, your spirit dips,
In humble reverence, pure and meek.
Let Isaiah's cry resound once more,
A beacon for the lost and torn.
Return to Me with hearts restored,
In genuine worship, be reborn.
