The Gospel's Light The gospel's not an ad, seeking fleeting fame, Nor a headline in the news, chasing a name. It's a steadfast practice, born of faith and hope, A path to eternal life, helping us to cope. It calls for tireless effort, for in our strife, We align with God's will, embracing true life. On earth as in heaven, His kingdom's aim, Lifeless is the gospel, if faith is but a claim. Good News, not mere advice, it beckons near, To believe and behave, in Christ, hold dear. Not our search for God, but His for man, A divine initiative, the salvation plan. An announcement in action, Christ's voice so clear, Proclaiming redemption, salvation draws near. Embrace the gospel, let it breathe and ignite, Our actions reflecting God's love, pure and bright. In its resonance, eternal light we find, Guiding our journey, with faith intertwined.
