Hope Comes from Love #1993 (Poem)
Hope Comes from Love
In the tender embrace of Love, there lies our Hope,
A promise whispered softly, a beacon in the dark.
For Love, divine and pure, springs forth from God,
And in its depths, our hearts find trust to embark.
People always trust in those they love,
A bond so strong, yet fragile as a dream.
The fine line between love and hate is paper thin,
A paradox, a dance upon a gleaming beam.
Love, it frees the soul, lifts burdens high,
Yet in the same breath, it can suffocate.
By God's great love, His promises will stand,
Unfailing, sure, no matter our past state.
No matter how bad or messed up our past,
God promises a brighter, hopeful dawn.
Hope is trust in God's unfailing vows,
A future blessed, where fears are overthrown.
Faith, that if we act now, with hearts steadfast,
The blessings sought will come in due time.
Hope springs eternal from the heart of God,
For Love never fails, it is the rhythm and rhyme.
"Where prophecies cease and tongues are still,
Where knowledge fades like shadows in the night,
These three remain: faith, hope, and love,
But the greatest of these, shining ever bright, is Love."
