The Symphony of Silence and Sharing #1613

The Symphony of Silence and Sharing We live in a world where words are louder than actions. Law first or guns first? HUMAN LIFE FIRST? God's voice is in silence. LISTEN TO SILENCE, for it has so much to say. Never assume that loud is strong and quiet is weak. Listen to no man who has not listened to God. “He is not the God of the dead, but THE GOD OF THE LIVING. You are therefore greatly mistaken.” - Jesus (Mk 12:27; Lk 20:38) GREAT SATISFACTION COMES FROM SHARING WITH OTHERS. Sharing is caring. Sharing is the most precious spiritual experience. It also reduces the burdens and doubles the most wanted for a happy life. Life is really nothing without sharing and care in love. Give it to everyone, but don't expect it back. IT'S GOD'S WILL, NOT A DEAL. “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you (Lk 6.38).” “Anyone who has been stealing must steal no longer, but must work, doing something useful with their own hands, that they may have something to share with those in need (Eph 4.28).” In this symphony of silence and sharing, we find the essence of life, not in the clamor of voices, but in the whisper of God and the selfless acts of love. Let us embrace the quiet strength within, where God's voice guides us and the beauty of sharing transforms us. -Steven G. Lee (June 2, 2024)
