Military Dominance: The True Driver of Western Global Supremacy #1611

Military Dominance: The True Driver of Western Global Supremacy In lands where ancient rivers flow, And sun-kissed deserts lie, A tale of power, not of thought, Beneath the Western sky. Not ideals of lofty grace, Nor values pure and bright, But might and steel and cannon roar That brought the West its light. Ideas did not win the day, Nor faith, nor creed, nor song, But armies strong and battles fierce, In history’s throng belong. With organized and deadly force, They spread from shore to shore, Subduing lands, reshaping maps, With blood and cries and more. From native plains to distant isles, The clash of swords was heard, A testament to power’s might, In every whispered word. For centuries, the lessons learned In fields of strife and pain, Have shaped the minds, the strategies, Of modern Western reign. In halls of power, shadows cast, By victories long past, Inform the plans, the policies, In strategies held fast. So here we see the truth unveiled, In history’s cruel embrace, It was not thought that won the world, But war’s relentless pace. Military dominance, the key, To Western supremacy, A legacy of might and force, In every land and sea. -Steven G. Lee (June 2, 2024)
