Journey to the Unseen Kingdom #1932

Journey to the Unseen Kingdom Beneath the weight of yesterdays, We often find our spirits fray, Yet lessons taught in shadow's play Are not meant to hold our hearts at bay. Born not for echoes faint and dim, But for a homecoming, sacred and prim. In our midst, a kingdom stands, Unshaken by time’s shifting sands. Righteousness, a beacon bright, Guides us through the darkest night. In this realm, no bounds we see— Only the promise of what can be. “Repent,” a voice from ages calls, “For heaven’s near and grace befalls.” Each step in light, each humble plea, Brings us closer to where we’re meant to be. No prisoners to past’s cold chains, But pilgrims where His peace reigns. Grace unfolds as paths we tread, Towards the kingdom, our spirits led. So let us walk with hearts flung wide, To the unseen kingdom, our guide. Where every step dispels the gloom, And every heart finds its room. In this journey, may we find, The peace that's meant for all mankind. A home where love forever sings, In the embrace of the King of kings. -Steven G. Lee (June 24, 2024)
