Guardians of Justice: Balancing Governance and Freedom #1743
Guardians of Justice: Balancing Governance and Freedom
In shadows where the people stand,
Between the criminal's fierce hand,
And government with chains unbound,
Their cries for justice echo round.
The crucifixion long ago,
A symbol of the pain we know,
Caught between the power plays,
Innocence lost in endless maze.
A king they asked for, strong and true,
To guide the many, lead the few,
Yet power’s grip can often twist,
From righteous rule to iron fist.
Jefferson’s wisdom rings so clear,
In words that echo through the years,
Chain the government, keep it tight,
Guard our freedoms, day and night.
For both can be our greatest foes,
In different guises, both impose,
Yet in their balance, we must find,
A path to freedom, just and kind.
Protect the weak, uphold the right,
In every heart, ignite the light,
For justice, true, and freedom’s song,
Shall guide us as we march along.
With constitutions as our shield,
To neither force shall we yield,
In harmony, we’ll find the way,
To brighter, fairer, future’s day.
