Embracing Divine Fear #1906
Embracing Divine Fear
In reverence, safety’s found,
A guiding light where peace abounds.
Not terror’s grip, but awe profound,
In God’s will, our hearts are bound.
To love the Lord is to shun sin’s deceit,
For those who fear not, their hearts incomplete.
The path of peace, a distant beat,
Without God’s fear, our souls retreat.
“The way of peace they have not known,”
A scriptural cry, an ancient tone.
“No fear of God before their eyes,”
Lost in the world, where illusion lies.
Yet fear of God, knowledge’s start,
A beacon bright within the heart.
Shunning lies, truth to impart,
Wisdom’s journey, sacred art.
Holy fear, a cleansing flame,
Burns deception, reveals God’s name.
Higher truths, our hearts reclaim,
Purer desires, our lives proclaim.
Reverence births deep understanding,
Breaking chains, our souls expanding.
Grace, our constant, ever-standing,
True love awakes, so commanding.
Tread the path of holy fear,
In God’s will, find love sincere.
Peace profound, eternally near,
In divine light, all is clear.
Not dread, but respect’s embrace,
Guides us to His holy place.
In fear of God, we find our grace,
Eternal truth, a shining face.
