Echoes of Faith: Aligning Words with Actions #99
Echoes of Faith: Aligning Words with Actions
In the dance of words and deeds,
Where conflicts rise like untamed seeds,
Echoes the ancient, yet timeless call,
From the gospel's whisper, soft and small.
Speak, they say, and act alike,
For discord blooms where they strike,
Some words, like birds, take flight in haste,
Others rest, in silence's embrace.
But oh, the message, old yet bold,
In the Christ's gospel, stories told,
Not antiquated, but alive and burning,
An urgent plea, for hearts yearning.
Delay not, it cries, in winds of change,
For time is fleeting, ever strange,
Align your past, your now, your then,
In harmony of actions and words' pen.
Yet the path is steep, the journey long,
To match your step to the gospel's song,
For acting first, before words take wing,
Demands the heart of Christ, the eternal King.
In this alignment, peace is found,
Where actions and words in grace are bound,
Reducing conflicts, healing rifts,
As the gospel's teaching uplifts.
