Garden of True Lead In whispers ancient, profound and clear, Leadership's duty, sacred, sincere. Not a throne of self, but shepherd's care, Justice and heart, a call to share. Greatness redefined in humility's fold, Where the least among us grow bravely bold. In giving, in serving, the true path we find, A beacon for all, leaving none behind. The shadowed path, with warnings rife, Influence twisted, can cut like a knife. Heavy the millstone, deep the sea's call, Vigilance and kindness, a shield for us all. This leadership journey, a tapestry wide, With threads of compassion our actions guide. Responsibility embraced with grace so rare, Uplifting, nurturing, an open heart's share. In this garden, we plant with care, Seeds of compassion, in soil fair. Watered with kindness, under love's sun, The harvest of greatness, by serving, is won.
