Harmony's Fabric: A Symphony of Compassion #619
Harmony's Fabric: A Symphony of Compassion
In the bustling heart of commerce, where numbers soar and dive,
A deeper hunger whispers, a longing to thrive.
Not in gold or glitter, but in warmth, in a shared feast,
In a world where even the least
Find shelter, hope, and peace.
"Guard your hearts from greed," echoes a voice so old,
For life's true measure is not what's bought or sold.
The fabric of our days, thin and worn through ages,
Speaks of gaps, of cages,
Of dreams deferred and wages
That bind not heal the stages.
Shelter, a simple word, yet a galaxy apart
For souls in the night, seeking a start.
We are but travelers here, stewards at best,
Called to build, to invest
In more than what's possessed.
Remember the call, so tender, so bold:
"We've only done our duty," the story of old.
A call to arms, no, to hearts, to see
Wealth not in gold, but in you and me,
In the acts of kindness that set us free.
Let this be our legacy, our hymn, our song:
A world reborn, where every heart belongs,
Where wealth is measured in love and deeds,
In meeting needs, in planting seeds
Of a future where every soul feeds.
So spread this word, let it fly, let it bloom,
From the silent depths, from the quiet gloom.
Let every act, every word, begin to chart
The course to a world where we all take part
In weaving threads of compassion, art
Of a humanity unified, not apart.
