In the Garden of Leadership #492
In the Garden of Leadership
In the hallowed whispers of ancient wisdom,
there lies a truth, profound and stirring.
Leadership—divinely cast, not as a throne of self-indulgence,
but as a sacred duty to shepherd with heart and justice.
A call that echoes through the ages,
urging souls to rise above the fray,
to cradle the vulnerable in arms of compassion,
to lead not from towering heights, but from the midst of service.
True greatness, a paradox wrapped in humility’s embrace,
where the least among us, wearing cloaks of modesty,
ascends to heights untold.
It is here, in the quiet act of giving,
that the essence of leadership unfolds,
a beacon of service that illuminates the path for others to follow.
Beware, the teachings warn, of the shadowed path,
where influence twists into manipulation,
where leading astray condemns more than just the leader.
A millstone of consequence hangs heavy,
a somber reminder of the weight of our deeds,
urging vigilance, urging kindness,
a beacon in the tempest, guiding us back to the light.
This journey of leadership, a mosaic of service and integrity,
calls us to weave threads of humility and care into the fabric of our being.
To embrace the mantle of responsibility with grace,
to nurture, to protect, to uplift,
building sanctuaries of respect and dignity,
where every soul is treasured, every voice heard.
In the garden of leadership, let us plant seeds of compassion,
water them with acts of kindness,
and watch as the harvest of true greatness blooms,
a testament to the power of serving others,
a legacy of love, echoing into eternity.
