Whispers of the Divine Path #485
Whispers of the Divine Path
In sacred halls and whispered prayers,
Where faith's light softly dwells,
Lies a question, deep and daring,
In the echo of our cells.
Are we walking paths of truth,
Paved by Christ's own sandaled feet?
Or have we wandered, ever gently,
From the gospel's heartbeat sweet?
Not in judgment do we ponder,
But in hope to find our way,
Back to teachings, pure and poignant,
In the Savior's loving sway.
Let our churches be reflections,
Mirrors of His holy grace,
Where love and justice intertwine,
In every time, in every place.
This dialogue, a sacred journey,
Towards the heart of faith's true call,
Invites us all to deeper living,
In Christ's love that covers all.
May our actions, may our spirits,
Align with His, so bold and kind,
That in our living, and in our loving,
Christ Himself, in us, they find.
