Genesis: The Forge of Unity #1192

Genesis: The Forge of Unity In ancient whispers, tales were spun, A tapestry where threads of one Bound tribes beneath a steadfast sun, Genesis, where nationhood begun. Monotheism—shield and spear, Crafted to quell the tremors near, With one voice, clear and austere, Echoed in the Israelite’s ear. Amidst the clamor of gods many, Stood Israel, not yielding any To the chaos, their faith not petty, A single God—their rock, their steady. In words of old, a world was made, Patriarchs walked beneath its shade, A covenant, divinely laid, On these foundations, their trust stayed. Not just chapters of sacred breath, But blueprints for their march from death, Against the tide, with every step, Their identity, their creed, was kept. From Babylon to Pharaoh’s gate, Through trials that would seal their fate, Genesis proved both shield and slate, Upon which they’d rise, a state. So read these lines with eyes anew, See the strategic weave, the cue, Genesis, not just pious view, But a nation’s heart, firm and true. Written by Steven G. Lee (May 5, 2024)
