Anchored in Eternal Promises #1492
Anchored in Eternal Promises

Despite its lightness, man's blessing floats like a feather,
Elusive, slipping through grasping fingers.
Disaster looms, heavy as the earth, unavoidable, inevitable.
Yet in this dance of fleeting blessings and looming calamities,
Hope whispers through ancient words.
"For the mountains may move and the hills disappear,
But even then, my faithful love for you will remain.
My covenant of blessing will never be broken,"
Says the Lord, who has mercy on you.
In the shifting sands of our temporal existence,
Where earthly tents are dismantled and decay,
We hold fast to a promise, eternal and unshaken.
"For we know that when this earthly tent is taken down,
We will have a house in heaven,
An eternal body made for us by God Himself,
Not by human hands."
Amidst the fragility of our mortal lives,
A beacon shines, steadfast and true.
God's unwavering love, an anchor in the storm,
His covenant of blessing, a light in the dark,
Guiding us to a heavenly home, crafted by divine hands.
In the ebb and flow of blessings and disasters,
We find solace in these promises,
Assurance in divine mercy,
And hope in the eternal,
Where blessings endure, unbroken and everlasting.
