Echoes of Faith and Risk #1173

Echoes of Faith and Risk In shadowed corners where truths whisper low, Poverty unveils the cracks within, not without. There, in the silent echo of dreams deferred, A voice rises—beckoning from the dark. "Who do you say that I am?"—a challenge cast, Echoing over our soul’s still waters, A question posed by the One who calmed the seas, Mark and Matthew bear witness to His path. Risk emerges not from daring leaps, But from the hesitation in our hearts. To hold faith yet shun the path of trials Is to light no candles against the night. Dare, then, to risk everything for belief, To turn the skeleton of faith into a living creed. For in the act of total surrender, In the unseen journey, faith finds its form. Risk nothing, and everything is at risk— A paradox wrapped in promise. Believe in Christ, let your faith not just whisper But shout, resounding, turning belief into being. Written by Steven G.
