Upon plaster walls, a hand did write, Judgments inscribed in a divine light. For those who in shadows trade the right For gold, a kingdom falls into night. Micah, with a steadfast glare, Condemns the weights that falsely bear. Injustice's treasures, worn threadbare, Speak of a society ensnared. Here we stand, so far, yet near, To dilemmas ageless, as we fear. The choice between the right so clear And gains that disappear as they appear. Let ancient warnings guide our way, To fairness and truth, let us sway. In transparency, let us stay, Foundations of trust, may they lay. Integrity, our champion, bold, In our dealings, in stories told. Let not our hearts be bought or sold, For a future bright, as foretold.
