Whispers of the Divine: The Sacred Secrets of Scripture #1151
Whispers of the Divine: The Sacred Secrets of Scripture
In the whispered corners of holy texts,
Where divine whispers and earth's breath intersect,
A secret unfurls in Genesis' embrace:
God beckons Abram to a sacred space.
"Look around, north, south, east, and west—
This land, as far as your eyes can attest,
To your seeds forever it shall belong,"
He promised, with a caveat strong:
"Speak not of this vision, hold it deep,
In the silent keep of secrets you must keep."
And in the echoes of New Testament words,
Where disciples gather, their hearts stirred,
They recognize Him, the Holy One, divine—
Each voice in harmony, a sacred line.
"The Christ, the Son of the living God,"
Yet, from rooftops, this cannot be lauded.
"Tell no one," He commands, mystery's gatekeeper,
For the path of the Messiah is deeper.
These sacred secrets, held in divine trust,
Speak of a strategy, a plan just.
They mark not only faith's grand test,
But the timing of revelation, when it suits best.
In the mantle of secrecy, the sacred lies,
A burden of knowing that also ties
The chosen to a dance of shadow and light,
Where silence is service, and secrecy, might.
So we tread softly on this hallowed ground,
Where truths are whispered, not to be found
Loudly spoken until the time is right—
In God’s own timing, revelation takes flight.
