Whispers in the Chaos #198

Whispers in the Chaos In the heart of chaos' wild embrace, Where earth quakes deep and humans pace, Silence swathes the globe in grace, Divine shrouded, a hidden face, Only shadowed cross in space. Thunder roars, lightning's race, Which to reveal the divine's trace? In the shaken world, a dimmed joy base, Spirits falter, despair to face, Kinship fades, yet one stays the case. Not in quake or fiery place, But aftermath's gentle space, Divine whispers, a soft embrace. Elijah's lesson, a hidden grace, In quietude, divine assurance takes place. "What are you doing here?" a voice queries, A cave's mouth revelation, not in theories. "I am with you always," the echo carries, Through time and tumult, it never varies. Human and divine, a story weaves, Not in loud display but in what one believes. Quiet moments, whispered leaves, Faith's allegiance, silently achieves. In fidelity, sacrifice, and whispers soft, True belief finds its loft, Bridging divine with daily troth, Walking through shadows, aloft. -Written by Steven G. Lee (February 3, 2024)
