Whispers of Transformation: The Elegy of Divine Patience #325
Whispers of Transformation: The Elegy of Divine Patience
In the sacred stillness, a whisper through time,
A call to the heart, in rhythm and rhyme.
Repentance—a voyage, not merely a word,
A soul's deep turning, where whispers are heard.
A shedding of shadows, like leaves in the fall,
A tiger, a leopard, beneath winter's thrall.
Inside and outside, transformed by His grace,
In Christ's righteousness, a new state we embrace.
Awake to sin's nature, its heinous facade,
A turning, a yearning, for the path that we trod.
Through Christ, to God, a bridge is built,
In humble surrender, guilt is spilt.
A divine gift, this call to amend,
Towards eternal life, our spirits ascend.
"For sinners, not saints," the Savior declared,
All souls in need, His mercy is shared.
Think not of righteousness as your own,
For through repentance, true humility's shown.
From idols, from sin, a vehement retreat,
In Ezekiel's words, the message complete.
God's patience, a river, deep and wide,
His kindness, a beacon, a guide.
Not wrath, but love, His invitation extends,
To turn, to transform, on Him depends.
His kindness leads, through shadows, through night,
Towards repentance, towards His light.
A journey of change, profound and deep,
In His patience, our souls, He'll keep.
So listen, the whisper, in the stillness it sings,
Of transformation, of the hope it brings.
God's patient kindness, a tapestry weaved,
In His love, by faith, we are retrieved.
A prose poem of heart, of spirit, of mind,
In God's patient kindness, our redemption we find.
