Sustenance of the Soul: A Divine Symphony #319
Sustenance of the Soul: A Divine Symphony
In the sacred dance of existence,
where every breath whispers of the infinite,
the Gospel unfurls as sustenance,
more vital than air, more necessary than water.
It's not merely words to be whispered in the dark,
but a living feast,
a banquet laid out upon the table of our souls.
Here, in this earthly realm,
we are called to be artisans of the divine will,
crafting our lives as a tapestry of faith.
For in the act of giving, in the sacrifice of love,
the human Jesus, with arms wide open upon the cross,
became the eternal bread, the everlasting drink,
offering Himself as a portal to life unending.
This journey, this path we tread,
echoes with the footsteps of the Son of Man,
inviting us to transform belief into action,
to make the divine will as tangible as the ground beneath our feet,
as palpable as the heartbeat within our chest.
For it is in the doing, the being, the loving,
that Heaven finds its reflection on Earth.
"Your actions," the whisper of eternity tells us,
"will illuminate your beliefs.
Your love will testify to your faith."
For in the works of grace, in the acts of mercy,
in the silent prayers made visible,
we become the melody of the divine,
the harmony of Heaven's song on Earth.
Jesus, in words as clear as daylight,
reminds us, "Believe the works, if not the words,"
for it is through our hands, our feet, our hearts,
that the Father's love is made manifest,
that the mystery of the "I in Him, and He in Me"
is revealed to a world yearning for light.
So let us be the Gospel lived,
the Word made flesh once more,
for in our acts of love and sacrifice,
we become the sustenance of the soul,
a divine symphony resonating with the music of the spheres,
a testament to the eternal truth that lives within us all.
