Harmony with Nature and Integrity in Deeds #358
Harmony with Nature and Integrity in Deeds
Can it rain with no clouds to be seen,
In a sky so vast, so serene?
Where clouds float, life's cradle swings,
Without them, earth's thirst clings.
Even dominion, in its endless span,
Cannot untie what nature began.
Sunlight's embrace, breath's rhythmic song,
In harmony with earth, we belong.
Like wind and clouds that promise but flee,
Is the man boasting gifts that will never be.
Farmers' hopes, under gathering gloom,
Fade with clouds that rain never blooms.
A reputation, tarnished and worn,
By deeds unfulfilled, promises torn.
Like taking credit for victories not one's own,
Standing in shadows, truth's light never shown.
False teachers, like clouds without rain,
Swept by winds, leaving drought and pain.
In the end, actions weigh more than words,
In the final judgment, only truth is heard.
For not all who claim righteousness are near,
To the heart of the one they hold dear.
Empty words, like clouds sans rain,
Leave barren fields, filled with pain.
Let our deeds be rain to the earth,
Nurturing life, giving worth.
In harmony with nature, let us find our song,
Where actions and words to truth belong.
