The scripture’s wisdom, in love and faith, unfurled, Echoes through the tales of Jesus and Peter’s world. A lesson in sincerity, a truth to be heralded, The power of understanding, a love unparalleled. The gospel’s teachings, a profound journey to acclaim, A steadfast faith, amidst life’s flame. Not for wealth or fame should our spirits aim, Lest we lose our way, our foundational claim. For to forsake our core, for worldly desires, Is to wander lost, in the spiritual mires. A traveler confused, as the journey transpires, Mistaking the end, for the beginning’s fires.
