Echoes of Humility: Leadership Redefined #271
Echoes of Humility: Leadership Redefined
In a world where leaders seek not to bind
But to awaken others, seeds of leadership to find,
A voice echoes through time, clear and kind,
"No 'Rabbi' be called, for one Teacher we're assigned.
As brothers and sisters, our souls intertwined,
No 'Father' on earth, only in heavens aligned.
And 'Leader'—a title for the Messiah designed."
A command, a plea, from the divine,
To usurp not His roles, sacred and prime.
True mentors, true guides, in humility they shine,
Not demanding respect, but in service, they align.
Greatness, in God's eyes, a different define,
Not in power or status, but in serving others, a sign.
Seek not prestige, for disgrace it will dine,
But in humility, honor will outline.
A reminder, a lesson, from the divine,
That those who exalt themselves, He will incline
To humble, to lower, their pride to refine.
The scribes, the Pharisees, a warning, a sign,
Their burdens heavy, their actions malign.
He calls us away from a path of decline,
To follow His steps, our lives to realign,
Where the greatest among us, in service, entwine.
Thus, in this journey, our paths intertwine,
Called to serve, not to overshadow but to underline,
In the humility and service, true leadership we define.
