Whispers of the Divine #766

Whispers of the Divine In the hush of a world ever turning, Amidst the din and the tumult's yearning, A whisper winds through, soft and clear, A call to innocence, to draw near. To enter the Kingdom, not by might, But with a child's heart, pure and bright. Where swords lie still, and peace is spoken, And bonds of violence are finally broken. Jesus walked, a path of light unswerving, A testament to peace, his spirit preserving. In his arrest, a silent surrender, To a will beyond the heavens, tender. Jeremiah wanders, through streets, through souls, Searching for one who righteousness extols. "Cleanse your hearts of darkness, deep," He cries, "for in purity, salvation we reap. And in the quiet of a cleansed heart's whisper, God speaks, a gentle, guiding lisper." From worthless to precious, our discernment calls, Aligning our voice with the Divine, that never falls. This journey, arduous yet sublime, Demands hearts open, through time. In the pursuit of faith, pure and divine, A poem of life, line by line. So let us tread, together, apart, Embracing teachings that transform the heart. Where peace guides, and purity binds, And in divine wisdom, our truest selves find. For in the fabric of life, so intricately sewn, Each thread a story of transformation, grown. Written by Steven G. Lee (April 3, 2024)
