Echoes of Grace: A Journey in Gospel Light #983
Echoes of Grace: A Journey in Gospel Light
In shadows deep, where worldly voices cease,
A path unfolds, humility's gentle fleece.
Foolishness they name it, for Christ's sake,
Yet wisdom's guise the wise forsake.
Actions, not words, in mercy's soft embrace,
Love's silent song, in deeds we trace.
Faith alive, in deeds, not mere decree,
The gospel's truth, in actions free.
Humble diligence, like ants, we toil,
No boast, no pride, in service loyal.
Values reversed, in the gospel's light,
Humility reigns, in wisdom's flight.
Leaders fade, like dew at dawn's first gleam,
Their fleeting glory but a transient dream.
Yet God's people, vulnerable and true,
Seek guidance, like deer 'neath heaven's blue.
In whispers soft, grace's tender breath,
We walk the path, through life and death.
Embodying mercy, love, and faith's embrace,
In this dance of grace, we find our place.
