The Quiet Grace of Resilience #1057
The Quiet Grace of Resilience
In the quiet corners of the human heart,
where battles are silently fought and won,
resilience blooms—a gentle, steadfast art
of souls unburdened, never undone.
They carry the weight of the world with grace,
not as burdens, but as whispers of strength,
choosing not to let troubles leave a trace
on the length of their dreams or dreams' length.
Amid their own storms, they stretch out hands,
to lift others from deeper, darker seas.
Their actions, a language that understands
the silent cries, the unspoken please.
Altruism, a silent pulse within,
beats a rhythm of selfless, sweet refrain.
Finding joy in the act of giving in,
they mend their own wounds by easing others' pain.
Empathy and compassion guide their way,
a beacon for those lost in their night.
Their own hardships never lead them astray,
but fuel their desire to bring the light.
These souls, these unburdened, giving and kind,
reveal the depth of the human design—
to thrive in resilience, and to find
in the service of others, life’s true line.
