Whispers of Change* #799
Whispers of Change
In the garden of habits, old and deep-rooted,
Where addiction's vines creep, and growth seems muted,
A whisper in the wind, a call to the heart,
Urges a new path, a fresh start.
With a flat tire, motionless we sit,
Until change's hands, the old fabric split.
Awake in the night, awareness our light,
Shining on ignorance, a once-hidden blight.
"Wise as serpents, harmless as doves,"
Echoes the ancient wisdom from above.
Through life's maze, with integrity we weave,
In each act of kindness, in what we believe.
The divine seeks out, with a gentle persist,
The least, the lost, the last, cannot be missed.
A table is set, in love's grand hall,
A feast for all, a divine call.
Parables of old, with grace they speak,
Of a world where the strong uplift the weak.
"The last shall be first," a promise to hold,
A future where the story of compassion is told.
Through wisdom's lens, a new world we see,
Where every soul's value is the key.
A journey of change, with each step we take,
Building a tomorrow, for all our sake.
Let whispers of change, in our hearts ignite,
A flame of compassion, burning bright.
Together we rise, in love's powerful poem,
Creating a world, a heavenly home.
