Sanctuary of the Spirit #905
Sanctuary of the Spiri
(A Call to Holiness)
In the quiet dawn, scripture whispers softly,
"Present thyself—a living sacrifice,"
Holy and pleasing, our spiritual act devoutly,
Romans twelve, one and two, our guiding light.
Stride with hearts pure, align each action,
Not as the world with its fleeting charms and shadows long,
But as architects, divine compass in hand, satisfaction
In following a path where only the righteous belong.
Transform—resist the worldly mold,
Reborn through mind's renewal, clarity blooms,
Stand firm, discerning God’s will, bold,
Good, acceptable, perfect—our hearts' rooms.
Wear truth’s armor in each breath, each step,
Let no deceitful voice lead, no lazy energy creep,
Vigilance our path, our battle quietly kept,
In silence, choice our soul to keep.
Eyes uplifted, spirit strong and sure,
Called not to conform but to be reborn,
A living testament, pure and pure,
Moving, being, in His will we’re sworn.
This is our creed, our way, our call—
Live not just in the world, but transformed by His beckon,
Beyond shadows' grasp, in His light stand tall,
A beacon for those lost, a safe haven to reckon.
Blessings on our journey, hand in hand,
Heart to heart, aligned in divine art,
Sanctified, alive, together we stand,
In the light of His holy face, each a part.
