Echoes of Integrity #876
Echoes of Integrity
In the heart’s quiet, a whisper:
“I am ready to risk my life.”
Ancient words of Job, stirring souls
To brave the deep unknown.
Voices clamor change, yet fade
When paths demand their steps.
Silk-woven words, brittle actions—
Beware the dissonant dance.
Wear flaws like tattered coats,
Not hypocrites' seamless robes—
For true selves hide not in pretense
But in the open, flawed and raw.
Truths, soft-spoken, reveal themselves
In small yet resolute acts of will.
“You will know the truth,” so Jesus said,
“And it shall set you free.”
Calls to bear fruits, fitting of repentance,
Urge seeds of intent into towering trees.
The ax hovers, ready to strike
Trees barren of fruits, destined for fire.
Reflect, then act—
Cultivate your life's garden diligently.
Let every thought, every deed bloom—
Beautiful, true.
Let actions speak, resonate deep,
Echoing convictions held close.
For in our deeds we find our legacy,
Imprints in the soil of the world.
