Echoes of Divine Whispers #822

Echoes of Divine Whispers (Whispers of Mercy, Echoes of Justice) In quiet spaces where hearts seek, At the mercy seat, where whispers speak, The peace of God, like a silent creek, Guards hearts and minds, for those who seek In Christ Jesus, a strength unique (Philippians 4:7). Divine power, serene and grand, Wages war not on land, but in the heart’s stand, Against shadows that with violence band, In love’s embrace, we find our hand, Strength in love, a divine brand. Silence of the just, evil’s chance, For triumph needs but a backward glance, Inaction's echo, a harmful trance, Justice calls, in its advance, “Let waters of righteousness dance” (Amos 5:24). Be merciful, let justice weave, With mercy’s thread, we must believe, For cruel is justice, when mercy leaves, “Mercy triumphs,” faith conceives (James 2:13), A testament of hope, that interweaves. Let us walk where mercy and justice meet, Where love’s quiet strength defeats deceit, In acts of kindness, in compassion’s seat, Architects of a world, in mercy complete, Where divine love and human hearts beat.
