Refusing confinement within power’s tight grip, A light too vast, over earthly bounds it slips. As church with state, in closeness does tread, Shadows loom, in reflection's stead. Mirroring not the heavens, but earthly thrones, Risking the core, the mission it owns. This vulnerability, a drift from the mission’s heart, Diluted by power, from love it may part. A challenge unfolds, a tapestry weaving, The church’s role, in societal achieving. A call to navigate, with the Gospel as guide, Through complex structures, with faith by our side. To witness a kingdom of peace, justice, love, Echoing the divine, from realms above. This dance, this path, invites us all to reflect, On how to embody divine values, with respect.
