Cycles of Darkness #2113
Cycles of Darkness
When the spirit leaves, wandering through barren lands,
Seeking rest but finding none, it returns to where it stands.
The house once cleaned, now empty and bare,
Invites back the darkness with a chilling stare.
So when it is all over, and shadows creep back in,
The soul's in worse shape than when it did begin.
This fate befalls the wicked, the generations lost,
Bound by cycles of evil, paying a dire cost.
Human history's path does not lead to the light,
But circles back to darkness, deepening the night.
Evil cycles repeat, growing in their might,
As progress whispers lies, obscuring what is right.
Master morality rises, proud and strong,
Valuing power and pride, it sings its siren song.
It transcends the common, the mediocre crowd,
In its shadow, slave morality is not allowed.
Kindness, empathy, humility, and sympathy fade,
As the master's values dominate, casting a heavy shade.
The spirit of Nietzsche echoes in this twisted tale,
Of a world where pride and power prevail.
Yet in the silence, a faint hope still glows,
A call to break the cycles, to the light that knows.
For though history may falter, repeating old mistakes,
The dawn of true repentance is what it takes.
To cleanse the house again, and fill it with the light,
Casting out the darkness, restoring what is right.
For in the heart of mankind, the battle still remains,
Between the cycles of evil and the freedom from its chains.
