WHEN RESTORED SIGHT BECOMES WITNESS
The restoration of sight is always welcome news. Yet perhaps the greatest significance of this story lies beyond the technology itself.
Those who have lived in blindness and later received sight become witnesses of two worlds. They understand something that many of us cannot fully grasp. They have known darkness and light, limitation and freedom, dependence and restoration.
The true miracle is not merely that eyes can see again, but that restored sight may awaken a deeper vision within humanity. May those who return from darkness become witnesses of light, reminding us that the greatest blindness is not found in the eyes but in the conscience.
Technology can open eyes. Only wisdom can open hearts.
May every advance in human ingenuity serve mercy rather than war, healing rather than destruction, and hope rather than profit alone.
When experience becomes revelation, witnesses emerge—and their testimony may help a sighted world recognize its own blindness.
