From Bethlehem's Tears to Tomorrow's Hope #17

From Bethlehem's Tears to Tomorrow's Hope In Bethlehem's wake, a vision we see, A future forged from history. From tears of old, a promise new, A world reborn, compassionate and true. Jesus' path, from sorrow born, A beacon through the darkest morn. His love, a guide to higher ground, Where peace and kindness can be found. Beyond the lessons of yesteryears, A call to conquer ancient fears. In every heart, let love ignite, Turning darkness into light. A vision where all souls entwine, In harmony, both yours and mine. Bethlehem's children, not in vain, Inspiring us to ease all pain. Jerusalem, Bethlehem, in celestial flight, Lead us to a future bright. Where every creed and every face, Finds in love their rightful place. In this dream, a world anew, Where love's the strongest bond, and true. A future built on past's foundation, United in love, every nation. In Jesus' footsteps, let us tread, By compassion and empathy led. A world where love is the key, This is our vision, our plea. -Written by Steven G. Lee (December 16, 2023) The Killing of the Children (Mt 2:16-18)
